Date of Birth

Date of Birth is considered a required field because it is used to match up customers in QuickBooks with patients in Medical Objects.
It needs to be in its own field. The following example shows one way that it could work, where the custom field is named "DateOfBirth". The data within the field needs to be consistent. The suggested international format is year-monthabbrev-day, for example: 1950-Feb-09 or 1980-Jul-15; the suggested format within Australia is day/month/year, for example 09/02/1950 or 15/07/1980.
In QuickBooks, custom fields are created by clicking the Define Fields button when one is editing a customer.
