Disease
This tab is used for decision support and is set-up by the Medical Objects help desk in the Equator Utility Files.
Groups
This tab will group the current patient results according to report title.
Graphs
Reports containing LOINC codes from pathology labs can be graphed. How to setup graphs can be found at: How to setup Graphing
Menu Bar
The Menu Bar (shown below) in Meridian contains all the commands available.
Following are snapshots of each menu and the commands that are found in each one.
Note: When Meridian is initially installed on your computer you will be given access to relevant commands, those inactive will show as grey coloured . Active commands are black.

Documents
Note: Documents on the Menu Bar has two valuable tools for use.
1. Wildcard Search for Document - This helps you look for all documents containing your chosen criteria. For example the name of a drug or a procedure.
2. This Documents delivery history - This will keep a record of when documents were sent to you and when you have reviewed them. You have an unchangeable legal record on file.
