PatientID

PatientID, as used when talking about the export to QuickBooks, means the unique identifier assigned by the Medical Objects software, also known as PID.
The PatientID needs to be in its own field in QuickBooks. It cannot be part of a combination of data in the Notes field.
To avoid "wasting" a custom field, the QuickBooks field called Account Number can be used to hold the PatientID, as long as no one ever edits that data. Account Number is found in QuickBooks on the 3rd tab within Customer-Edit, as shown below.
